We offer various packages depending on your goals and needs. Client most often select a weekly coaching session (45 minutes) over the course of three months. But some clients prefer double sessions (90 minutes), while others find that a regular session every two weeks is enough for them.
Your coach will make a suggestion at the end of your complimentary consultation and, if desired, name several alternatives as well as the respective costs for each. It is up to you whether you choose to make a single payment for the entire block of coaching sessions or, if you prefer, to pay on a monthly basis.
The agreement that we make with our clients at the start of every coaching block governs the general, reciprocal obligations such as confidentiality, punctuality and professionalism. These are important so that the coaching is effect and successful for you. We are happy to provide a standard agreement if you would like to see one.
It doesn’t contain any binding contractual agreement beyond each prepaid month of coaching. This means you are never obligated to continue the coaching beyond the respective prepaid month if you get the impression that the coaching isn’t as effective as you would like it to be.In many cases, companies bear the costs for managers and employees. Please speak to us if you require a quote for your employer. In any case, we recommend that you take advantage of the nonbinding consultation beforehand in order to see to what extent coaching is the right method for you.
If you will be bearing the costs yourself, it can be possible for both freelancers and full-time employees alike to deduct at least some of the costs from your taxes. Please be sure to talk about this possibility with your tax accountant. Value added tax is shown as a separate line item on our invoices.
Coaching is effective when two factors are present:
- There is a difference between the place you currently find yourself (your current state) and that where you would like to be (your target state). This differential may only relate specifically to you, or might also relate to the environment around you.
- You are willing to grow. This means that you are ready to make changes – changes to your previous assumptions, your habits, perhaps even the current life situation you find yourself in.
Coaching is thus oriented toward the future and your specific goal or goals. It proceeds from the basic assumption that you have the potential to realize your wishes. Accordingly, coaching presupposes a good state of mental health.
If you should suffer from a mental illness or have an addiction, it makes sense for you to decide in conjunction with your doctor or therapist whether or not coaching is possible for you and if it is a sensible option.
